LAN Support Specialist

International semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Lan Specialist to
support our growing Novell multi-server network at our Sunnyvale, CA site.
This team member will be responsible for projects (hardware/software
implementations); network maintenance and problem resolution; and user
support activities. The successful candidate will need excellent communication
and user support skills, project management experience, and a strong customer
service orientation.

NetWare 3.11 (Windows, Macintosh) expertise required; multi-protocol (TCP/IP,
IPX, Appletalk, DecNet, SNA) experience desired. Application development/
support and Unix experience are definite pluses. BSCS or equivalent and at
least five years of microcomputer support and networking experience required.
